Jet Lag in Montréal

It's the first time I post something with my Iphone , so please be nice if I do mistakes! :)
We arrived in Montreal yesterday and, of course, I woke up at 4 am...! But I though it was a good excuse to read books, go for a walk around 8, and go to see beautiful churches around the hotel. Problem is: now, 3pm, I'm sleeepy!!! So...I nibble!
